Transforming Brownfields into viable real estate development opportunities

At Polygon Brownfield Development Inc., our mission is to revitalize brownfield sites, transforming former Canadian industrial or commercial properties into productive spaces. We are dedicated to providing exceptional real estate development services that benefit our clients, the communities, and the environment.
Working closely with environmental consultants to coordinate efforts on brownfield projects, including site assessment, risk assessments, and the development of a Remediation Action Plan, along with other regulatory filings as required for real estate development.
Whether through any divestment or acquisition process related to brownfield projects, it is crucial to work closely with qualified professionals to optimize:
- Offer to purchase
- Liability management
- Environmental insurance coverage
- Identifying and negotiating public subsidies programs
- Due Diligence during the conveyance process
All real estate development projects, especially those involving brownfields have a significant impact on their community. Being a good neighbor is crucial now more than ever.
